How do you improve your team's internal communication?

The word communication comes from Latin and means to share among everyone. After all, to fulfill a goal or perform any task in the company, it is necessary to understand and understand not only what needs to be done, but also why and the expected results of each action. Thus, as a way to improve internal communication and engagement, meetings should be promoted in other contexts that are not just organizational. In summary, training that includes group dynamics is also welcome, as they promote integration and synergy among employees.

9. Understand that mistakes happen and are learning opportunities

Always learn from mistakes. In fact, it is important to find the root of the bottleneck and resolve it, but there is no point in spending time and energy looking for the culprits. Thus, at the sign of an internal communication problem, identify the emergence of the bottleneck, the motivation and seek ways, together with employees, for a better resolution.
